Beautiful location however there must be a change In management. I’ve gone and ordered online to be told the items ordered aren’t available and EVERY time my drink is stuck out the window and pulled back in because it’s wrong. Every. Time.

anytime i’ve gone here they never put the correct amt of flavor or anything in your drink, if you order a chai with syrups or flavorings chances are they’ll just put the chai concentrate with the milk u chose, paid 20$ for them to quickly make my drink and all i taste is chai concentrate, i ordered a s’mores chai with extra chai and added white chocolate mocha. and this has happened every single time i’ve gone there. don’t waste ur time, go to lansing and cedar location

I usually order from DoorDash so I’ve never been inside. I am not actually a very big fan of Starbucks coffee. It’s a roasting preference. I was desperate for a hazelnut latte one morning so I ordered from this store on DoorDash. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the latte was. I could actually taste hazelnut and it wasn’t overpowering the coffee. I’ve ordered from this place multiple times since, and the latte is consistently flavorful. They also leave cute messages on the cups. It really makes my day.

Came here to meet a friend for coffee. Staff seemed nice. At the time of posting this location has only been open for two months. The seating area and decor was clean with a warm ambiance. It’s cool that it’s in the old lansing train station building too. At the end of the day, it’s just a Starbucks. I hope they continue to treat their staff well.

The service at this location is very fast and the staff is very friendly. When I first moved to lansing I was upset that the nearest Starbucks was a bit too far for me and inside an hospital which is inconvenient. This location has such a beautiful aesthetic. Looks classy and fresh. Will definitely be conducting my study sessions here
